April 19th 2019, EYE OF GYRE reopens as GYRE GALLERY. Creative direction for the renewal and the new GYRE GALLERY space is by Junji Tanigawa of JTQ, who also handles concept work for GINZA SIX and is the artistic director for MEDIA AMBITION TOKYO. The space is designed by Yuichi Kodai and Thomas Hildebrand, architects who are based in Switzerland. The logo design for the new gallery is by Rikako Nagashima (village®).

Kayoko Hirao of HiRAO INC, the overall producer of GYRE, handles exhibition planning and curation, with direction by Takayo Iida, an independent curator with a powerful reputation derived from exhibitions curated at many different art museums and galleries.
