GYRE supports “Save with Stories” social media campaign
Stories for children: #SaveWithStories
Celebrity storytelling project by Save the Children Japan

GYRE announced that it has become a corporate sponsor of Save the Children Japan’s #SaveWithStories social media campaign, through which celebrities read storybooks for the benefit of children and their families affected by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).

Aiming to have a positive impact at a difficult time, this campaign offers stories to provide fun and education to kids and parents stuck at home in Japan during the coronavirus outbreak. The collection of videos grew daily since the campaign started on May 20. Eventually, a total of 105 celebrities supported the campaign by providing their own storytelling videos.

The videos can be viewed on Save the Children Japan’s official Facebook and Instagram pages until the end of December 2020.

The coronavirus pandemic is not yet over, and there is talk of a second wave of infections. GYRE is keen to help this effort, giving more children and others the chance to listen to these stories—stories that will reassure them and stimulate their imaginations.
